We are looking for our next _Corporate Welfare, Social Responsibility and D&I Representative_ to ensure and promote a healthy work environment and individual healthy lifestyle through

Corporate Wellbeing:
programs, benefits, counselling and training.


The role holder will consolidate a sustainable culture within an International Region (SEILA) at AXA Partners, including management on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as environmental sustainability.

The functions of the role will be divided between the SEILA region and Spain.

What will your functions be?


In Spain Corporate Wellbeing level:

  • Define the goals and the annual activities program of the Corporate Wellbeing area.
  • Prepare and manage the budget of the area, including relationship with partners and suppliers.
  • Develop partnership with strategic allies to foster wellbeing and health at AXA Partners.
  • Manage employees' benefits linked to Wellbeing and Health.
  • Project management for global project with local implementation.
  • Organize emotional intelligence and resilient leadership training programs.
  • Supervise the medical assistance services and employees' medical surveillance management.
  • Identify and analyze health issues tackled with Corporate Wellbeing actions.
  • Drive individual coaching sessions or counselling to employees in case of worklife difficulties or stress management skills.
  • Join Health and Safety Specialist for psychosocial incidents investigation and other grievances.
  • Provide wellbeing counselling on the onboarding process.

In Spain Corporate Responsability & D&I level:

  • Disability management which includes personal counselling to those employees with a disability, law compliance, awareness and trainings.
  • In charge of promote and encourage employee to take part in Corporate Volunteering Actions, aligned with CSR Strategy.
  • Lead the EINF report: data collection, content management, verifications.
  • Coordinate the

Spanish Equality Commission:
data analysis, report writing, negotiation with unions.

  • Lead the AXA Week for Good: communication plan, agenda, PR and final reporting.
  • Community Investment Survey reporting: report all the social investment and project lead on a yearly basis.
  • Manage the relationship with social and CR Partners.
  • Coordinate CSR request for other departments.
  • Work with PR on AXA Partners position as a sustainable an Employer of choice company.

In SEILA Region CR and D&I level:

  • Develop the Regional CSR Strategy.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communication in the diffusion of corporate diversity plans and programs as well as the social corporate responsibility agenda.
  • Advice the ExCom and, particularly, HR Director in CSR, Diversity and Inclusion issues.
  • Lead AXA Week for

Good Week:
coordination of activities within the SEILA region, active proposal of actions and areas of impact, local budget management.

  • Lead Corporate Diversity Campaigns (Women, Disability, LGBTIQ+, Mental Health)
  • Develop and implement Corporate Diversity programs and trainings aiming to build an inclusive culture: disability, gender, age discrimination, lgbtq etc.
  • Coordinate the
regional Diversity Network to carry out all those bottom up initiatives on Diversity&Inclusion to build a more inclusive company.

  • CSR Reporting & Metrics of Sustainability reports: CIS and Inclusion Survey
  • Thought Leadership Actions & PR Agenda: action plan aligned with internal/external communication, MKT and Sales to raise sustainability as a core value in AXA Partners.
  • Manage PR and corporate network with CSR Stakeholders.
  • Regional counseling in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility and D&I.

Your Profile
You are perfect for this rol if you have:

  • Knowledge of current trends in a healthy work environment.
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish
  • 3 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility is desirable
  • Organization and planning skills
