Your Role & Responsibilities- Establishment, adaptation, optimization and monitoring of the Process, Methods and system landscape with regard to ASPICE within the Electronics and Mechatronics Business Unit.

  • Establish and lead the BU4 ASPICE organization / network over a distributed team of ASPICE Experts in BU4 Segments and partners in cooperation with the Engineering and Projects departments.
  • Set up and deploy strategic Roadmaps and Actions Plans for the achievement on the agreed ASPICE Levels in Customer Product Development projects.
  • Member of MAHLE cross BU ASPICE committees and circles (One PLM, EPG).
  • Provide leadership, culture and competence for ASPICE processes and methods.
  • Establish processes to ensure that identified ASPICE anomalies are communicated, analysed and solution are performed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Establish and embed organizationspecific rules and processes to comply with the ASPICE requirements in the frame of MAHLE One PLM and legacy systems.
  • Ensure that all persons are involved have a sufficient level of skills, competences and qualifications corresponding to their responsibilities.
  • Ensure that the persons performing or supporting the ASPICE activities are given sufficient authority to fulfil their responsibilities.
  • Set up and deploy coaching of the project teams in the processes related to ASPICE.
  • Carrying out project assessments for ASPICE within the Business Unit.
  • Further development of the development landscape involving all specialist departments and considering the requirements of ASPICE.
    Your Skills & Strengths
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
  • 10 years of work experience with the bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of work experience with the Business Master.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ASPICE deployment.
  • Knowledge/experience in Automotive international compliance engineering requirements and standards besides ASPICE (ISO 26262, ISO21434,).
  • Knowledge/experience in SSE modelbased development methods and tools (Product and Application Lifecycle management and Modeling toolsets, requirements, configuration and test management,... ).
  • Experience in technical and disciplinary leadership (e.g. ASPICE coaching).
  • Experience building a team, holding decisions on recruiting and organization design.
  • Track record of delivering business and technology results for complex, crossfunctional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Leadership, e.g. team development, motivation, dealing with resistance, conflicts, problemsolving approaches in a team, conducting discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple, related projects and navigate complex activities that span functions, organizations, regions, or cultures.
  • Experience in Management of executive stakeholders, information and communication.
  • Resilience in risk and crisis management.
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and diplomatic skills.
  • Very good English knowledge spoken and written.
