WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a
Cyber SCIB Countries & Awareness , you will part of SCIB Global Cyber Security Team.

Functions/Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage relationship with SCIB Countries CISOs.
Coordinate and manage relationship with CIO Domains/BISO (Bussiness Informatino Security Officers) countries covering performance against expectations, including reporting, project health metric, risk, issue and action item reporting.
To help enable employees to be resilient and empowered against cyber

- fraud attacks and help customers and society understand how to stay safe online, protect data and protect against fraud while embedding trust in Santander's digital ecosystem

Effectively manage the team and deliverables.
Implement, assess and maintain Cyber Control Framework, together with IT Policies alignment and implementation.
Lead the local training, ethical phishing and awareness general strategy on cybersecurity and fraud for CIB organization but also tailored teamfocused solutions for critical collectives: ie. Executives, privileged users, payment operators and other identified teams.
Proactive listening for external communication channels such as news, social media, blogs and cyber reports for monitorization and benchmark.
Support Global CIB CISO Team in other activities.

EXPERIENCE

At least 4 years experience related to Cyber Risk Management/Information Security

EDUCATION

Degree such in computer science, engineering or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

High level of English
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate clearly up and down the technical and business hierarchy, from technical to C-Level
