We are currently looking for an
IT Colour & Digital Color Service Specialist to join us at our facility in Madrid, Spain.


Working in collaboration with the headquarters, they are responsible for the telephone assistance service - both internal and external training - and the technological transfer of software and hardware programs to clients to ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met.

Responsible for the introduction of digital color tools and services in the Spanish market.

Key responsibilities:


  • Working in collaboration with the headquarters, you are responsible for:
  • Developing new tools/services;
  • Internal and external training;
  • Telephone assistance service;
  • Creating and implementing local partnerships with DMS/BMS companies
  • They possess a high and uptodate knowledge of products and services offered by competitors. They have the autonomy to lead, organize, and manage their own team.
  • The Color & Digital Color also supports Sales team initiatives through:
  • Customer conversion by doing technical demos
  • Drive local execution of regional strategies for digital color tools
  • Contribute to market and segment understanding (market status, competition, product trends and identify gaps.
  • Communicates technical information to the sales team
  • Drive and support aligned Sales & Business initiatives regarding internal field staff, business initiatives, and customer relationships.

Key requirements:


  • Availability to travel (up to 30% of the time approx.)
  • Education related to IT field (Information Technology field) no need to be Bachelor ́s Degree level
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to create and execute strategies as appropriate. Ability to lead and develop personnel
  • Good business and technical acumen
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, internal software packages)
  • Results and data driven (analytics)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
