REQUIREMENTS:


  • It is essential to know how to model in Revit Software, valuable Vectorworks. The person must model 3D projects and prepare working, final images and realistic renders. Valuable interest in desing to furniture.

  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Attention to detail, both in the design and presentation of work, in line with the ADORAS' philosophy.

TASKS:


  • Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
  • Drawing and sketch layouts, furniture and lighting
  • Preparing 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings (infography)
  • Compile project specifications
  • Helping to architect to check that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
  • Daily assisting on all aspects of architectural design, from presentations for clients to working with the construction team
  • Innovating new prototypes designed with sustainable products with green architecture sensibility
  • Produce sketches and renderings of limited or variable complexity
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Work with BIM software for design and project management

WORKING HOURS:


  • 40 hours per week

LANGUAGES:


  • English (at least B2)
  • Spanish (at least A2)
