Mission

As our new Technical Perfumer trainee your mission is to create and develop innovative and high-quality fragrance formulations in accordance with client specifications and market trends.

This position involves utilizing technical expertise and olfactory skills to craft unique scents that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Functions

Support the QC team and Purchasing to ensure consistent adherence to specifications for homologations.
Provide technical support to costumer nonconformities (INC).
Olfactive and technical support to the Sampling Lab.
Assist in creating and evaluating fragrance bases, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Participate in fragrance evaluation panels, providing valuable feedback.
Participate on the Palette Optimization Project
Eclipse
Conduct studies on raw materials and their chemical compositions, analyzing their impact on fragrance development
Change in Component Studies

Requirements:

Very good olfactory skills and passionate about fragrances
Previous experience in quality control is highly appreciated
Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Project Management skills
Easy to work with, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills
Familiarity with EF processes is a plus

Languages:

Excellent English Level.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry studies or similar
