The Team:

You will be part of the Celonis Academy team which empowers people to be successful with Celonis by delivering impactful learning experiences.

We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop the majority of Celonis' online and instructor-led training.

Specifically, you will join the Skills Online Training Team which produces training on the best practices and methodologies Celonis uses to achieve success.

This team also manages the learning needs of Celonis employees and our global ecosystem of corporate and academic partners.

The Role:

Your content will primarily target Celonis employees including the key audiences of our Sales, Value Engineering and Celonis Services teams among many others.

As part of the Skills Training Team, your content will focus on Celonis' go-to-market methodologies and the frameworks, strategies and processes we use to deliver value to our customers.

Example topics include the Celonis Sales Methodology, Customer Value Journey, Services Catalog and Pricing, as well as our Compliance Training.

With your training, our internal teams will be able to grow, develop and deliver extraordinary results to our customers.

More than 3,000 Celonauts worldwide consume the content you create. Through the feedback channel with our learners, you will directly see the impact of your work.

The work you'll do:

Design, write and develop online training content
Design and manage training curricula for the internal audience
Manage the needs of the internal learner audience in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage your own projects including collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the rest of the Academy team and other stakeholders
Put the enduser/learner at the center of everything you do

The qualifications you need:

24 years of experience in the field of elearning development, instructional design or a related field
Experience in storyboard scripting and working with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) and learning management systems (e.g., Absorb LMS)
Strong communication and writing skills in English
A flexible, agile mindset that allows you to adapt to changing requests, conflicting priorities, and simultaneous projects on a variety of nonrelated topics
Attention to detail to deliver high quality within short timeframes
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
An interest in big data and the gamechanging business capabilities it offers
Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things
A talent and passion for breaking down and conveying complex topics in an intelligible way for different target audiences
An enthusiasm for new challenges and thinking out of the box
