F&B Supervisor Banqueting

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Radisson Hotel Group. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Service Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the smooth running of the food & beverage Banqueting department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
Work collaboratively with your team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
Collaborate with your immediate report to control costs and inventory, attaining productivity and performance levels.
BUILD and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit.

Requirements:

Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
A hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
The ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
Strong communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
