What about the Branding team?
As a
Brand Creative Lead you are responsible for how we creatively bring the Exoticca brand to life.

You have a strategic background plus experience in omnichannel creative concept development and production:


  • You'll be overseeing the creative output of the Creative team and managing the endtoend execution of paid and non paid campaigns plus foundational content creation/assets.
  • You'll make sure that the Exoticca brand is consistent across all touchpoints, from online to offline and that all creative content/assets build a global brand presence but capture local market nuances when needed.
  • You'll work closely with your Brand Lead and the Creative Project Manager to ensure that the Integrated Marketing briefs are strategically correct and have clear audience insights, research and data to back it up, and a balance between short term sales objectives and the longerterm brand building of the Exoticca brand.
  • You'll oversee and lead the internal creative teams and thirdparty agencies.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring assets are implemented correctly in every channel and platform and produced to Exoticca's high quality creative standards.
  • You have a passion for nurturing relationships, managing and mentoring creatives, and can use that rapport to align teams around a common creative vision. You'll also be leading and overseeing a team of Creatives (designers and copywriters and art creatives).

Which will be your main responsibilities:

  • Work with the Brand Lead, Project Manager and Project Owners to deliver quality Integrated Marketing briefs, and on each
responsibility) transform these briefs into outstanding creative assets that deliver against the brief and business objective.

  • Oversee and manage the development of the creative material with your creative teams and define the best creative approach that is relevant for our defined audiences for each project and allocated budget.
  • Monitor and lead the creative process (ideation, production, and distribution of content assets, and adaptations), responding to timings, supervising the work, selecting and prioritizing creative proposals and maintaining the expected standards of creativity and quality.
  • Bring to life the creative concepts which deliver on commercial needs, campaigns, promotions, product launches.
  • Ensure all communications material deliver benefits to our defined audiences (B2C and B2B)
  • Own the creative identity of Exoticca, ensure we cut through the clutter, differentiated and memorable
  • Ongoing creative optimisation of assets. Using performance data to ensure we have the right message, in the right market, and in the right channel for the right audience.
  • Bring proactive creative ideas to the table for rolling content programmes which align to our brand and sales goals.
  • Manage and mentor the creative team, keep them inspired and help them reach their creatives goals and aspirations

Requirements:


  • Significant experience ( 8+ years) in agency or inhouse creative team
  • You'll need to be an expert storyteller, creating compelling narratives both copy and visual, in a new and exciting industry.
  • Articulation of the creative approach internally is key ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is essential.
  • Knowledge of media formats and creative best practice channel and UX/UI knowledge is a plus
  • You'll need a keen eye for detail, visual layouts and copy.
  • The ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • Selfmotivated to get the best possible result; ability to overcome challenges.
  • A critical thinker that can challenge a brief, an empathetic creative, a confident communicator and influencer, with experience mentoring/guiding other creatives
