    We are looking to hire a sales manager locally to develop the CIS market in Broadcasting and Telecommunications, lead the sales and marketing expansion for ABV, and be responsible for direct business in the region.

    Responsibilities

    • Challenge, coordinate and consolidate sales performance in CIS market for the running years;
    • Develop and maintain annual sales strategies and business plan;
    • Make and analyze sales performance reporting to CIS market, and recommend future products based on market trends and profit margin;
    • Enhance networks to ABV expansion in the region;
    • Work with staffs or contractors to develop necessary advertising, social media, and public relations activities;
    • Report directly to Regional Director;

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above;
    • 7 Years of sales experience in Broadcasting and Telecommunications. CAS experience will be a big plus
    • Russian & English fluency in business communication is a must, both in writing, listening and speaking;
    • Must be sales result and target driven;
    • Good knowledge of Sales analysis / Sales forecasting / Sales negotiation;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
