Start Date:
As soon as possible

Duration of Programme: 300 hours (or depending on university arrangement) as this is a working student contract.

Requirements:
Currently studying a business-related degree at university. Must be fluent in Spanish. Capability in English is desired but not mandatory.

Locations:
Calle de la Basílica, 19 2o B, 28020 Madrid.

What's the role?

As our Office Support Intern you'll be office-based at least 3 days a week, providing administrative support to your colleagues in Spain & Italy with a focus on Client Services and Fulfilment functions.

This will include:

Assist Learning Event Coordinators in the set up and support of client workshops in the office including the setup of meetings rooms
Process orders to be delivered to clients In Spain & Italy that will include journals, colour blocks and other materials for the events
Manage office supplies and monitor levels to order more materials like paper and toner with suppliers when required
Support events that take place in the office by preparing the room, order catering, assisting the facilitator, learners and participants, cleaning service and greeting people at reception
Prepare legal documents for Spanish funding for training
