FinTech organisation which specialises in
the trading and financial markets. Our search is for a
Market Data Support Specialist who embraces challenges and has the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment associated with global financial markets.

Your Opportunity as a Market Data Support Specialist:

  • As a Market Data Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive exceptional support and assistance with their market data needs.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all incidents are resolved and communicated internally across the engineering teams and the customer base.

As a Market Data Support Specialist, it is essential to Demonstrate:

  • Experience as part of a service/support team within the Financial Market or IT industry.
  • Strong Excel skills (including formulas and pivot tables).
  • Strong ticket management skills.
  • Data entry for onboarding data sets for customers.
  • Degreelevel education.

Other Advantageous Skills:


  • Experience in generating key KPIs and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Any Linux or Windows skills to assist with troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
  • ITIL knowledge/qualifications.
  • Any experience with electronic trading platforms in Fixed Income or Foreign Exchange.

Salary: 20,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
