    A Snapshot of Your Day

    The Sales Manager will be actively involved in the entire sales process from identification of the opportunity to closing the order and handover to operation.

    In many cases the Sales Manager will act in support of the Business Developer who takes the identified opportunity through to a bid decision, whilst in other cases (such as with EPC type business), the entire process responsibility will be with the Sales Manager. The role has a very important impact on the compression business through a significant portion of the entire business' order volume being attributable to the Spanish market. You will work to support external customers to develop opportunities. These will be EPC customers, end users (including traditional oil & gas operators as well as customers developing projects in hydrogen and carbon capture segments). Teamwork is essential and you will lead a team of technical proposals engineers and commercial sales). The Sales Manager will be fully empowered and must be a strong, decisive leader, working within a tightly knit and experienced team.

  • What You Bring

  • Degree qualified engineer and/or have 8 to 10 years proven experience.
  • To have a strong background in process engineering and preferably compression technology experience
  • Experience in sales of equipment, services and/or plant to end users and EPC's
  • Customer facing skills including technical, commercial and legal
  • Industry knowledge
  • Commitment and resilience
  • Dynamic and self motivated person
