    Business Analyst will be part of the Process Support team within the Gas & LNG Trading business unit.

    The position is a key role required for supporting users with day-to-day operations, providing incident analysis and support for issue resolution and remediation.

    The Process Support department acts as a link between the different areas such as Front Office (Traders, Operators), Middle office and Back office.

    This area is responsible of the process governance of the business ensuring the system follows the defined operating model.

    Main Roles:

  • Participate in the development of strategies, roadmaps, analysis, and improvement opportunities to provide greater efficiency and better services in alignment with the business strategy.
  • Identify main inefficiencies in each area`s process that can be improved using the current system (Allegro Horizon) or any other ad-hoc tool.
  • Functional design of improvements. Functional testing of application.
  • Facilitation of process and application improvements.
  • Collaborate with other IT services areas when needed to resolve or address issues.
  • Actively and proactively sit with the business to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Have an end-to end picture of the business processes to understand impacts on other areas involved in a business requirement.
  • Create user-friendly documentation that helps the change management process.
  • Constant follow-up on user's usage of the system. Put in place specific system training.
  • Help automate processes throughout system functionalities. Complement the current system with our system automation tools (Excel VBA, SQL, Power Automation/Automation Anywhere etc)
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Information Management.
  • Business Analyst experience in Allegro Horizon or OpenLink minimum 1+ years.
  • Experience of having worked on large implementation projects as a Business Analyst and/or Developer is a plus
  • Proficiency with SQL
