We are now looking for a
Digital Project Coordinator to join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently managing internal and external stakeholders.
Organizing and managing projects for marketing and corporate initiatives.
Assigning tasks and priorities to the content creation team.
Overseeing projects to drive online business.
Acting as Administrator of the workflow management tool (Adobe Workfront).
Ensuring excellent management of stakeholder requests and recommending solutions.
Developing and managing timelines for the endtoend content delivery process.
Operating the Content Management System (CMS) as needed.
Managing the shared inbox of the project team.

Requirements:

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
The ability to provide clear work directions and gather feedback.
Experience in web content production teams or knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus.
The ability to balance multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and patience.
Adaptability to rapidly changing, timeconstrained launch schedules.
