About the role
You Will:
- Develop and deploy CI/CD automation infrastructure using Github Actions, Flux
You have:
- Must have_
- 7+ years of Platform Engineering/DevOps/System administration
- 4+ years extensive demonstrable Kubernetes experience: designing, deploying and operating complex production environments using advanced cloud native tools
- 5+ years public cloud experience: AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
- 4+ years extensive Terraform experience, including managing large infrastructures, writing modules, refactoring manifests
- 3+ years programming experience in a modern programming language: Go (preferred), Python, plus shell scripting proficiency
- Worked with missioncritical, 24/7 production environments
- Nice to have_
- Extensive CI/CD knowledge, implementing software build and deployment pipelines, advanced deployment patterns
- GitOps experience (FluxCD, ArgoCD)
- Handson experience with some/all of MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgres, Vault, service meshes, API gateways, etc.
- Handson monitoring experience with modern tools and services, e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, DataDog, NewRelic
- Good understanding of distributed systems
