Tasks

Expanish is looking for a full-time Admissions Manager.

This role will be responsible for 4 people and works within our sales department to supervise the student registration process as well as working with our B2B accounts.

Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with 100+ travel agencies.
reservations with assigned B2B accounts.

  • Process all registrations in a timely manner, coordinating with other school departments.
  • Responsible for all invoicing and payments of assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate complaint handling with operations and sales teams.
Student Registrations

  • Assist in program advising of registered students before their arrival.
  • Responsible for all invoicing and payments of students in the assigned region.
  • Send all prearrival materials to students.
Accounting

  • Complete regular accounting reviews in order to pass correct sales information to our accounting department.
  • Create weekly and monthly sales and debt reports.

Requirements:


  • 3 years of team management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. It's a plus if in the tourism or language travel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other similar fields.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask, pay attention to detail, and handle a dynamic workload.
  • Advanced English and Spanish is required. Portuguese or French or German is a big plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable, always ready to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
