WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


The
Enterprise Business Services Lead is a senior lead who is responsible for the strategy, management, procurement, and implementation of an organization's enterprise technology systems to support business processes (CRM, SAP, Sales ).

The enterprise lead plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's enterprise systems are aligned with its business goals, and that it is leveraging technology to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.


Overall, the
Enterprise Business Services Lead is responsible for ensuring that an organization's enterprise systems are aligned with its overall business goals and objectives.


The job includes the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the enterprise services of the entire Lynx organization.
  • Develop, in collaboration with the CEO, CFO and Sales Managers, the business strategy
  • Support and close collaboration with other technical units of Santander Group.
  • Provide and develop reporting and monitoring capabilities at all levels of the organization.
  • Management and budgeting and costing of its environment

Most relevant activities:

  • Technical enterprise management services in cloud and onpremise environments.
  • Maintenance and support of enterprise systems
  • Finance:
  • Budgeting and cost monitoring
  • Budget evolution forecasting and cost saving measures
  • Supervision and demand management of IT needs
  • Partnership with technological vendors
  • Relations
  • Support and collaborate with CEO, CFO and Sales
  • Supporting and collaborating with other areas of the IT Group

EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of experience in similar positions.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Fluency in English/Spanish
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Communication, Anticipation, Empathy, Proactivity, Innovation
