Job summary
The position will provide high-quality first- and second-line IT support to all on-site and remote staff across Once for All. This includes managing on-site systems and coordinating with third-party and cloud services to ensure smooth operations, while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.Key responsibilities
- Strive to deliver 100% uptime for our hosted and in-house IT services
- Provide first- and second-line support for company employees across the group
