    Job Title: IT Workplace Architect

    Location: Barcelona, Hybrid

    Job Description

    This role will ensure Workplace services are aligned with industry trends, best practices and responding to business demand. The scope for this position is mainly to provide architecture expertise for Workplace services including - Device provisioning & portfolio, Device Management, Performance monitoring, Videoconferencing and Collaboration, Software Delivery and Packaging, Global Printing, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain roadmap of all Workplace services

    Provide architecture support to service owners when required

    Analyze Workplace related new demand and work on providing adequate solutions

    Regular reviews of market trends, or new emerging technologies

    Look for improvement and cost saving opportunities across Workplace services

    Provide guidance and expertise on Workplace services when required or in complex cross service cases

    Review and approve modifications for existing designs

    Create process documents together with service owners

    Ensure Security and Compliance standards and policies are applied to Workplace services and solutions

    Skills & Qualifications

    IT Operations and Support organization (IOS, global/regional/local), Regional IT, Business relationship managers, SIAM, Legal, Financial controlling, Procurement, Sourcing and Governance.

    Strong experience in IT Workplace solution architecture.

    Technical expertise with Workplace services.

    Previous experience of working in global organizations.

    Ability to interact and partner effectively with senior management and associates at all levels within the organization

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
