- Lead in terms of HSE all the associate windfarms with the Safety Leader of each one.
- CAE: Coordinate all the companies and work in each windfarm, following the coordination of activities.
- Knowledge and experience on Civil Works (BOP Projects)
- Coordinate and resolve safety issues during assembly and commissioning.
- Coordinate and analyze causes, taken corrective and/or preventive action as required in each case.
- Promote and lead health, safety and environmental improvement proposals.
- Participate with HSE improvements to go ahead.
- Review of Instructions and Procedures of work.
- Coordinate the Risk Prevention Plan with the activities at windfarm.
- Coordinate and provide specifications of trainings and information on health, safety and environment.
- Coordinate the project HSE team members.
- Anticipation and analysis capability.
- Extensive technical knowledge.
- With communication and teamwork abilities.
