    Programmatic & Paid Social Specialist

    We are looking for a Programmatic & Paid Social Specialist with experience in managing, optimizing, and analyzing display and video campaigns within the Google ecosystem (DV360 and CM360).

    • Launch, monitor, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns in DV360 and CM360.
    • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
    • Manage campaign budgets and ensure proper allocation of investments.
    • Implement audience segmentation strategies and A / B testing to maximize impact.
    • Collaborate with creative and data teams to improve results.
    • Present campaign results and strategies to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
    • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in digital advertising.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of proven experience using DV360 and CM360 to manage display and video campaigns.
    • Knowledge of trafficking campaigns in CM360, floodlight configuration, and attribution reports is highly desirable.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Paid Social campaigns on Meta Ads.
    • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
    • Experience in budget management and ROI optimization strategies.
    • Ability to work in dynamic environments, with excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams.
    • Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus, especially understanding long customer journeys, seasonality, and high market competition.
    • High level of English proficiency.
