    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely and accurate order management through effective communication with Sales Managers.
    • Oversee the entire sales administration process to deliver excellent client service.
    • Monitor and respond to order changes, client notifications, logistics, claims, and follow up on orders in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Manage data entry in our system and handle invoice management efficiently.
    • Participate in the On-Call System to provide 24/7 support.

    About You

    • You are an open-minded and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
    • You possess fluency in Spanish and a good level of Polish and English language proficiency.
    • You have experience in commercial administration, preferably in a similar role.
    • A background in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is an added advantage.
