In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that our company meets its ambitious goals.     Teltonika's headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high‑tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand, as well as all representative offices worldwide.

    In This Role, You Will
    • Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will drive company growth.
    • Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to find meaningful solutions.
    • Calculate bookkeeping, and prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit, and loss statement).
    • Create workplaces and new office set‑up issues.
    • Lead, build, and coordinate local teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
    • Fulfill sales and cost goals set by the Head of the Regions.
    • Prepare, adapt, and organize the internal systems, training for the employees.
    • Partner with the global HR team and other stakeholders to maintain office policies as necessary.
    • Prepare and approve contracts with clients following applicable national laws.
    • Customize global strategies to fit local market conditions, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviours.
    • Represent the company professionally and maintain the employer's brand image within the local community.
    • Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure the management of the flow of goods.
    What We Expect Of You
    • A minimum of 4+ years of corporate finance and business management experience.
    • Fluent in the English language.
    • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
    • Time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritise work.
    • Strong organisational and planning skills.
    • Knowledge of accounting, local law, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures, and global matrix structures, and adapt messages accordingly.
    • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead.
