- Extensive diary management for the MD's including client meetings, dinners as well as regular internal calls. This involves room booking, conference calls VC's etc.
- Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers and amodation as well as travel documentation as necessary.
- Maintenance of other supporting documentation such as ESTA's frequent flyer and hotel loyalty schemes.
- Inbox management as required.
- Fostering key relationships with staff throughout the firm.
- Expense processing through Concur.
- Maintaining Jefferies in-house CRM system.
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Highly motivated and proactive individual capable of working on their own initiative.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
- Be a quick learner with the ability to learn about the business and relevant policies and procedures.
- Basic numeracy skills essential.
