    Responsibilities will include:

    • Extensive diary management for the MD's including client meetings, dinners as well as regular internal calls. This involves room booking, conference calls VC's etc.
    • Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers and amodation as well as travel documentation as necessary.
    • Maintenance of other supporting documentation such as ESTA's frequent flyer and hotel loyalty schemes.
    • Inbox management as required.
    • Fostering key relationships with staff throughout the firm.
    • Expense processing through Concur.
    • Maintaining Jefferies in-house CRM system.
    • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

    Person Specification:

    • Highly motivated and proactive individual capable of working on their own initiative.
    • Strong team player with excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
    • Be a quick learner with the ability to learn about the business and relevant policies and procedures.
    • Basic numeracy skills essential.
    • prehensive knowledge of theplete Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
    • Have a flexible approach to work.
    • Previous experience of supporting MD's as well as a wider team essential.
    • Strong attention to detail; accuracy with all work is essential.
