    Default job background
    Descripción

Sploro is a pioneering platform in Europe dedicated to streamlining administrative and management tasks for Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) projects.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of our Kronis team, working on cutting-edge software applications that align with our business objectives and technical requirements.

We value innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence, and we are looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain software applications, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, and working closely with our CTO to standardize our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

You will also establish and promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices within the development team, ensuring consistency, maintainability, and scalability of our codebase, and mentor and guide less experienced developers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering, a minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, and proficiency in Python, preferably. They will also have at least 3 years of experience in product development, either at a product startup or in outsourcing, with a proven track record of remaining on the same project for the duration of that time.

We offer a competitive salary based on demonstrable experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We also provide a professional career path so that you can grow with us, internal and external training appropriate to your job, a great office environment with flexible start and finish times, and the opportunity to be part of a project that is constantly growing and already has users all over Europe.

After the first analysis of your application, a member of our team will conduct a technical interview with you, followed by a personal interview with our management staff before the final selection.
