Our Client has a pan-European shared services centre based in Barcelona. They work in the Gas Industry, supplying gas all over the world.Tasks
As a Cryoease Scheduler you will be responsible for:
\- Forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirements.
\- Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand.
\- Using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes.
\- Customer Services.
Requirements:
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
\- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
\- Must be able to work on own initiative and in a team.
\- Analytical thinking, attention to details.
\- Must be able to make decisions based on the information provided.
\- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
\- Previous Customer Service and/or logístical experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
\- Excellent computer literacy skills.
\- Fluency in German and English.
