    Our client is a Swedish company with 11,000 employees spread across 20 locations. They are a top provider of products and cutting-edge software for online casinos. We are on the lookout for Korean team members in sunny Madrid. If you are fluent in Korean, we want you to join us as a Game Presenter

    As a Game Presenter, you'll be the face of one of our casino games on camera. Think of it like being a TV presenter or a vlogger, but without the need for a script. Don't worry if you've never been in front of a camera or managed a Blackjack game before - we'll train you during your initial two weeks. We'll equip you with all the necessary skills for success, including public speaking techniques that will be valuable beyond this role.

    We recognize that relocating to a new country can be daunting, so we'll assist you with the transition. We'll cover your flight expenses and provide accommodation for your first 20 days. You'll share an apartment with some of your new colleagues to facilitate networking. Throughout this period, our company will offer guidance on finding permanent accommodation and settling into life in Madrid. Currently, they have over 900 Game Presenters working for them in Madrid.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Being a Game Presenter is akin to being a TV presenter. You'll spend your days in our studio managing the table, opening and closing the game, and engaging with players as they participate.

    • Prior experience in customer-facing or service-related roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • We welcome recent graduates and individuals new to the industry.

    For our Korean teams, the game is typically conducted in Korean. As we operate 24/7, you can choose to work morning, day, or night shifts.

    We're looking for individuals who:

    • Are fluent in Korean (C2 level)
    • Possess good spoken and written English skills, at least C level
    • Have a service-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
    • Display a strong work ethic and a sense of accountability towards their tasks and team
    • Hold an EU passport and/or a Work permit for Europe
    • Please submit your CV in English
