Your work-life opportunity:

As an Associate Project Manager Data Analyst, you will learn and acquire capabilities on how to prioritize, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects with the aim to improve the performance of thousands of Partners who use Glovo, globally.

You will be defining projects from definition to closure, even defining the best processes for every case.

We are seeking a very hands-on and analytical person who has an interest and knowledge about the project management topic and that wants to grow in that area in a company that provides a massive opportunity of facing new projects every single day.


Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be proactive and hands-on in understanding partner challenges and find standardization solutions that can create scale impact
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across various Glovo operating countries, Product tech and operations teams
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing, planning and developing scheduled projects to improve Partner performance while building and providing tools to help regional and country Partner Operations teams to drive improvements
  • Determining and defining clear deliverables and responsibilities
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Proactive and positive in identifying opportunities and working on them with mínimal management oversight
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • Project Management / Engineering or related field 12 years of experience in operations or managing projects
  • Proven track record of process improvement
  • Proven experience improving performance and making data driven decisions
  • Demonstrated data analysis experience and high proficiency with Excel is a must, good knowledge of SQL
  • Worked in a fastpaced environment and enjoy providing insights that will help evolve existing project and define new ones
  • Highly motivated and resultsdriven
  • A high level of proficiency in English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
