Business Analyst - Sales Cockpit - 60% Remote

  • As a Business Analyst, you will have a technical understanding of the solution to analyze functionalities and achieve greater robustness and degree of optimization so that the business can be more efficient by using the solution to account for purchase and stock flows.
    Role & Responsibilities
  • Analise the requirements coming from BPO (Business Process Owner) and BPE (Business Process Expert) and document them together with the solution into Jira Tickets and Confluence pages;
  • In addition to the processdefinition, take over documentation, specify requirements in the area of product team, development and accompany showcases and proof of concepts;
  • Testing of the new features on the QA environment;
  • Technical support for new country rollout;
  • Definition of Store Dashboards with key indicators and reports

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role minimum 2 years.
  • Experience in IT minimum 5 years
  • Ability to understand technical approaches/concerns.
  • Agile experience would be a plus;
  • Clientfacing experience minimum 2 years.
  • Attention to detail
  • Very good (verbal/written) communication skills
  • Basic technical understanding (API call, Databases, Unified Modeling Language);
  • Good English written and speaking (B2 Minimum)

To have experience with

  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques;
  • Cloud experience;
  • Certifications related to the Business Analyst/Product Owner role.
  • Domain knowledge (retail stores).
  • Experience in working with Jira and Confluence;
  • German language desirable

Solution Scope

  • Web based tool for the global reporting of company sales on store level
  • Target groups: primary store system, secondary warehouses and country headquarters
  • Goal: productivity increase and consistent communication
  • Store Dashboard of the main key indicators
  • Maintain Store Master Data: warehouses, order area, excluded articles, groups, tasks.
