Since 2009, we have been at the forefront of integrating neuroscience and other behavioral sciences into business strategy. We are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Consultant.

This role is perfectly suited for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience eager to hone their consulting skills by working alongside industry experts.

Our team is dedicated to delivering strategic solutions that fuel our clients' growth.

Tasks

The Junior Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position with a location in Barcelona.

The role requires you to complete various tasks associated with the job such as collaborating with senior colleagues, conducting research, analyzing data, and participating in client meetings.

You will also support existing projects while learning best practices.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problemsolving ability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Knowledge of neuroscience and behavioral sciences
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Knowledge of coding will be a plus
Project management skills and experience in clientfacing roles
Proficient in Spanish & English
Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Business, or a related field
