    Job Description

    We are looking for an iOS Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including iPhones and iPads. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

    What is this all about?

    • Design and build applications for the iOS platform.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
    • Collaborates with the iOS Team in order to be align on the deliveries and features.
    • Liaising fluid relationship with the client, becoming a key trusted partner.
    Qualifications

    Who are you?

    • BS in Computer Science or similar (Engineering) or 5 years of experience in mobile development.
    • Experience with Reactive programming and design patterns (such as MVVM)
    • Proficient with Objective-C & Swift.
    • Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
    • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
    • Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
    • Able to write clean and testable code.
    • Experience working with CI/CD.
    • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
    • Knack for benchmarking and optimization
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN
    • User knowledge level for RESTful APIs.
    • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
    • Previous experience working with Cocoa Pods or similar.
    • Mobile Development Certification highly valuable.

    Skills & Behaviours

    • Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
    • Used to work in international teams, with a good level of English (B2/C1) as a common language. Spanish is a good asset.
    • Verbal and written communication skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and effectively with team members both internally and different stakeholders and partners.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
