Job Description Summary:
Drive optimal performance ( cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Roles and Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include: 1) Planning, forecasting, and pacing Supply Chain Financials including Product Cost of Goods Sold, Manufacturing Variances, Inbound, and Special Charges. 2) Partnering with FP&A and anallyzing actuals vs. estimate and identfying gaps. 3) Developing processes and improvements to drive ledger based reporting 4) Partnering with Operations to identify risk and opportunities to help meet business KPI targets.
Estimating product cost, standards, & handbook; proposal support; set and execute product strategy, builds process to determine restructuring needs. May be involved in defining product requirements used to develop cost estimates.
Utilizes indepth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, daytoday problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

Must be a proactive & highly organized selfstarter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
For roles outside of the USA
This role requires advanced experience in the Finance & Product Cost. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
For roles in USA
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics

Prior FP&A Experience
Prior Supply Chain Finance experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
