We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Alliances Program Lead to drive the development and execution of our strategic partnerships and alliances across HP's Customer Welcome Centers globally.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the strategic alliances roadmap, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners and alliances based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and mutual value proposition.
  • Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and contract agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all alliancerelated activities.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, product, and alliance teams to drive joint initiatives and maximize partnership outcomes.
  • Develop and manage partnership programs, including joint marketing campaigns, cobranded activities, and product integrations.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or
- partnership management roles.

  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of HP portfolio, technology trends, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
