Our client is a local multinational company with different business operating worldwide.

We are looking for a senior technology manager to align, promote and improve the Business Technology Unit the company goals in the near, middle, and long term within one of the company businesses.

This will be done leading a team of IT and product professionals and third parties, working together with senior business stakeholders, being part of the Director Board of the company and owning one of the key strategic areas of the business.

The Director of Business Technology, also called CTO, will define the technology strategy and conduct its roadmap and implementation, with its own budget, team and resources, and absolutely aligned with the challenging company business plan.

All infrastructure services and internal technology needs (as hardware and workplace) are given by the company holding, and the Director of Business Technology will be in charge for all the added value technology strategy and projects.

As main requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field. MBA is a plus.
At least 15 years of experience in IT and/or data management roles
Proven leadership experience as a CTO, engineering manager, VP of Engineering, or senior technology Leader or Director in charge of teams of at least 30 professionals.
CRM / ERP implementation leading experience working with distributed teams.
SLAs, RFPs, KPIs, data driven, project and program management experience.

Compensation package and benefits are very well aligned with the position and seniority.
