POSITION

Within the Architecture & VM department, the Architecture Project Manager should be capable of taking one project from its concept to its delivery to VM.

Your role will be:

Responsible of store design, proposing layouts and elevations that meet the specific requirements according to the image of LOEWE.
Develop a creative and unique brand image concept.
Manage the entire process from solving the design, execution, economic control of the works and deadlines.
Establish a calendar with the development of the project and ensure compliance with opening dates.
Manage external consultants such as architects, engineers, General Contractors, and suppliers to guarantee that the project is completed within the allotted time and budget.
Supervise construction, conduct weekly meetings, and keep records of all activities.
Travel as required to conduct site visits during the project's lifecycle to conduct site evaluations and punch lists.
Manage and report on change orders and budget management for the entire project.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Construction, Finance, Operations, Facilities, and Procurement to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

PROFILE

What is important for the role:

+5 years of experience taking care of Architecture projects from its concept to its delivery.
Ability to interact with coworkers, work as a team and flexible in daily work processes.
Creative and innovative mind.
Technical requirements: Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign.
Advanced level of English is mandatory and Spanish will be a plus.
