*Job Description:*
An opportunity for CIM Customer Inspection Manager has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsabilities

Answering potential NC that the customer will rise during the delivery process.
Preparing the A/C for the delivery process preparing the applicable inspections in order the reach the expected customer satisfaction.
Issuing documentation from Quality point of view to support customer and/ or authorities requirements.
Ensuring production process from quality perspective, following Operational surveillance process, following up non conformities and root cause analysis.

Strong listening skills and empathy.
Systemic and strategic mindset.
Ability to facilitate complex conversations.
Analytical thinking and results orientation.
Credibility and influence when working with senior profiles.
Confidential handling and high ethical standards.

Education
English speaker and Engineer profile is a must. Previous experience in customer management, quality and production processes will be valuable.
