Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Acts as transformational leader in our journey towards a selloutfocused commercial approach in pharmacies with focus on both OTC and Rx portfolios
  • Partners up, on a transversal approach, with Marketing and Sales leadership teams, and other internal stakeholders
  • Develops and implements programs to maximize consistency in our Pharmacy infield operations
  • Defines and analyzes critical business KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, and creates actionable plans together with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Assists District Sales Leaders to maximize the call plan (right customer accounts and right frequency)
  • Provides feedback and coaching to infield teams to maximize sales call impact
  • Removes roadblocks to infield execution by supporting internal processes optimization, and automation of sellin activities
  • Seeks, promotes, and implements best practices across sales teams
  • Works closely with Training Department and other functions to identify training needs
  • Feeds Marketing team with customer and sales team feedback to sharpen up product strategies and campaigns
  • Advises senior management with actionable business insights and tangible recommendations
  • Supports the development of our Business Unit Healthcare annual strategic and tactical plan

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree/degree in health sciences, ADE or similar.

Experience:


  • Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrable experience in change management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a pharmacy (nonhospital) sales network, ideally OTC and Rx products, or in a similar role
  • Experience in managing sales teams in pharmacies is a plus
  • Solid negotiation skills, sales network training, category management and merchandising in pharmacies.
  • Languages: Spanish (Native or C1) and English (B2)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM and SAP-PBI is a plus
  • Driving license B
  • Availability to travel on a regular basis (>35%).
