We are looking for an Iberia Financial Analyst that will deliver routine reports and support the Management team in the decision process by providing analysis and being the gatekeeper of the data quality in all information systems, with responsibilities for both Commercial Operations and Manufacturing

This position will report directly to the Iberia CFO and will work closely with the Senior Iberia Controller.


What will be your missions?

  • Monthly analysis (Sales, product margins, selling prices, deal profitability, Installed base).
  • Active with Monthly Closing Process.
  • Monitoring Manufacturing KPIs (Volumes, Hours, FTEs, OPEX, industrial variance, CAPEX, MSC..).
  • Active collaboration on NQC analysis, Inventory Control (standard prices, DOH), Monitoring assets activation.
  • Support and relationship with auditors.
  • Collaboration on Strat Plan over 5 years estimation, Participation in the budget process.
  • Strong collaboration on Business review report (semestral).
  • Monitor internal controls relating to controlling as described in the Internal Control Manual.
  • Support Sales and P&L forecast and monitoring.
  • Work closely with others department to provide financial support to request related to, but not limited to, installed base, costs center follow up, commercial performance, closing process.

Who are you?

  • FP administrative or comparable experience (Degree in Business, Law or comparable experience will be valuable).
  • Working experience: at least 6 months of experience in a similar activity.
  • Business / customer oriented, able to speak and solve issues with internal and external customers.
  • Shows strong commitment to the continuous improvement processes.
  • Good organization skills and team player.
  • Very good knowledge MS Office Excel, Word and ERP (SAP) and BI tools. MS Access will be valuable.
  • Adaptability/Flexibility.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and to speak in English fluently.
