Tasks

There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job (focus will be on privacy related themes).

The training period consists of 3 days, of which 1 day will be practice.

Requirements:

Dutch speaker (C2 or bilingual) + good command of the English language
Call centre experience is an added value, but not required;
Basic computer skills are necessary;
Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offences;
Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).
Communicative and empathetic;

Respectful and positive towards customers;
Solutionoriented thinking;
Patient;
Reliable.

Location:
Barcelona, Spain

Working hours:
Monday - Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00. Shifts will be scheduled in 4 or 5 days per week. Part-time employees are also welcome. 20, 24, 32 and 39 hour a week options.
