As a dedicated boutique agency, we're creating a more personalised approach, focusing on nurturing and training inspiring content creators and helping them grow their business.

Now we are looking for
Team Leader in Barcelona. You will be responsible for the strategy & execution of all activities related to the paywalls under their management. Team leaders are at the center of the management for their assigned paywalls and approve all paywall-related activities.

Main tasks and competences:

Creating and execute strategies to increase all revenue types of all assigned paywalls;
Ensuring all daytoday activities related to paywalls are executed to high standards;
Ensuring all team members progress through onboarding and initial training processes;
Conducting daily checks of all chatters' conversations to ensure quality and consistency of services;
Responding to questions made by team members to facilitate all ongoing paywall related operations;
Contribution of suggestions and improvements for existing training methods;
Ensuring all assigned paywall accounts have the minimum chatter coverage needed;
Continually assessing the effectiveness and quality of work of all team members, including the work of team members in other departments who affect paywallrelated activities;
Reviewing, editing, and approve PPV, MM & feed post captions;
Ensuring that scheduled paywall posts are posted as scheduled without errors;
Ensuring that comments left on posts of paywalls are replied to;
Creating and executing subscriber retargeting strategies;
Discuss concerns of team members with management;
Lead by example to create and implement company culture expectations;
Update teams on different aspects of paywall marketing and operations to ensure all teams are in sync with the latest updates and efforts of other team members, and to encourage a culture of knowledge transfer in teams, and to maximize opportunities for staff to spot areas of opportunity.

Required skills:

Strong EQ to effectively manage teams and provide feedback & ongoing training for teams;
Highly organized to keep all activities on the managed models paywalls in sync;
Creative and sales driven to spot opportunities for improvement in paywall earnings;
Proactive approach to solving daytoday and longer term issues;
Strong communication skills to communicate with all different needed teams & departments;
Fluency in English and Spanish.
