Position Summary
Domo is seeking a Sales Manager based in Madrid, Spain to drive strategic sales initiatives into corporate accounts. The territory represents companies with revenues from $250m to $1B+ in the Iberian region. Responsibilities include managing a team who is prospecting, qualifying, selling/closing new logo business into prospects and installed accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and performance of one of the Account Executive teams;
  • Strong focus on hiring, training and development;
  • Assist in the development of helping customers in understanding Domo's solution, and how we fit within their current infrastructure and business processes;
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives;
  • Ability to understand and drive complex business environments and uncover customer painpoints;
  • Process problems, and translate need into business opportunities;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue;
  • Selfless focus on advancement of AEs into new roles at Domo;
  • Exceed expectations while aiding the entire organization to do the same.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales leadership experience in solutionsbased selling process in the software/high tech industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or similar field OR equivalent professional experience;
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills;
  • Handle highstress environments while still being able to drive sales teams towards goals;
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Previous experience developing strategic business and sales plans;
  • Handle details accurately and in a timely matter;
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency;
  • Proven track record of working with sales people and developing skills to drive success.
