Job summary
We are looking for a sharp self-motivated Operations Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our business. Based in Spain you ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of operations — from answering customer calls and scheduling engineers to invoicing social media and driving revenue through our subscription service.We don t need a CV full of heating industry experience — we need someone exceptional. The right person will have outstanding organisational skills proactive and self-driven excellent phone manner commercially minded tech-savvy tenacious detail-oriented resilient under pressure trustworthy reliable
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally warmly — you re the voice of business
- Book in engineers for service visits repairs installations using SimPro
