What the role entails:


Reporting to the Head of Maths, the Maths Services Coordinator will provide support to the global Maths Team, taking the lead on non-game-production queries and maintaining and improving administrative processes.


Responsibilities include:

  • Handling maths queries regarding jurisdictions, compliance and the game portfolio.
  • Supporting the maths teams leads with the delivery of games for certification.
  • Ensuring that game metadata is complete and up to date for existing games.
  • Supporting the onboarding process within the Maths Team by ensuring that new members have all the correct access and licences.
  • Looking into opportunities for automation of processes within the Maths Team.

What we ask of you

Requirements:


  • A degree in a discipline with a high level of mathematics, such as mathematics, statistics or the sciences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong oral and written English
  • The ability to coordinate tasks and liaise with stakeholders with mínimal input and guidance
  • A selfstarter who can actively seek out areas for improvement and develop potential solutions

Preferences:

  • Experience working on online slot games
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience working with MS Excel
