En Agrupa Consultores buscamos un/a Privacy, Data Protection & AI Governance Junior para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Valencia y dar soporte directo al DPO Global, participando en proyectos internos de protección de datos, compliance, análisis de riesgos y gobernanza de la inteligencia artificial.
El puesto está orientado a un perfil junior con base sólida y ganas de crecer, que quiera desarrollarse profesionalmente en un entorno exigente, estructurado y con aprendizaje continuo.
Responsabilidades La persona seleccionada colaborará, entre otras, en las siguientes tareas: Soporte en el cumplimiento del RGPD y normativa relacionada con protección de datos.
Gestión y mantenimiento del Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento (RAT).
Apoyo en Evaluaciones de Impacto en Protección de Datos (EIPD / DPIA).
Participación en análisis y gestión de riesgos en privacidad y seguridad de la información.
Colaboración presencial con equipos internos y participación en reuniones de coordinación con stakeholders clave.
Soporte en iniciativas alineadas con ISO/IEC ***** y otros marcos de seguridad.
Apoyo en la revisión de contratos y cláusulas de protección de datos y seguridad.
Gestión del ejercicio de derechos de los interesados.
Colaboración en auditorías internas y proyectos de compliance.
Apoyo en la elaboración de políticas, procedimientos y documentación interna.
Participación en tareas relacionadas con gobernanza de la inteligencia artificial, incluyendo el Reglamento Europeo de Inteligencia Artificial (AI Act).
Requisitos 2–3 años de experiencia en protección de datos, privacidad, compliance, seguridad de la información o áreas afines.
Formación en Derecho, Protección de Datos, Compliance, Seguridad de la Información, IT Legal o similar.
Conocimiento práctico del RGPD.
Conocimientos básicos o experiencia inicial en ISO/IEC ***** y gestión de la seguridad.
Nociones de análisis y gestión de riesgos.
Interés por la regulación y gobernanza de la inteligencia artificial (AI Act).
Inglés alto (oral y escrito).
Perfil organizado, analítico y con orientación práctica.
Se valorará positivamente Conocimientos o experiencia en sector salud y/o industria alimentaria.
Familiaridad con otros marcos o normativas (ISO *****, ENS, NIST, etc.).
Experiencia de colaboración con equipos de IT, ciberseguridad o innovación.
Conocimiento de otros idiomas, especialmente italiano.
Máster o certificaciones en Protección de Datos, Compliance, Seguridad de la Información o IA.
