Project Control Manager - Data Centre Project Portfolio

The Role:

We are currently searching for a Project Control Manager to join the Data Centre team in Madrid.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of multiple concurrent projects contained on one campus development programme.


This is a large role incorporating all elements of planning, scheduling and cost control across the development of a prestigious data centre campus.

Your responsibilities will be broad, from participating in the design process to ensure the delivery plan is optimized and the project cost is minimized, to managing the complex projects' schedule (including resource allocation and cost management).

Where reasons for unexpected adjustments inevitably arise, you will be responsible for adapting construction plans and managing the progress measurement and reporting systems.


Your Profile:


To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with expertise in working on complex industrial building projects (ranging from 50-100M€) with tight deadlines and high technical value.

As an Engineer, you should be an expert in utilizing MSProject and MUST have a technical mindset. Your interpersonal skills, adaptability and meticulousness will help you succeed in this role and grow within the company.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with additional language capabilities always viewed as highly beneficial.
