- Primary tasks are divided within four areas:
- Handling of customer orders from the individual SBU projects or Service units.
- Coordinating transportation between Construction Tools Hub and worldwide allocated customer.
- Control stocks availability and provide solutions to avoid Project stops.
- Logistic and Technical support to construction sites and service operations
- Logistic and Technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehouses Qualifications
- Graduate Degree or above in Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experience in a similar position at Energy Industry (Wind related)
- Minimum of 3-5 years related logistical experience in a well-established international company.
- Experience with project oriented work in a make-to-order environment and understanding the importance of project plans and deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency in following software: SAP (PE) or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English both written and orally Competencies
- High interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork
- Service minded
- Open minded and good at sharing and gathering information within a team
- The ability to see the bigger picture and quickly get an overview of complex situations
- Proven ability to work in a time-sensitive setting without loose the focus.
