Our Senior Content Creator will be based in Barcelona.

Your mission:

You will be focused on delivering high-quality marketing assets including photography and video shootings at the studio and/or location with and without models.

This role requires pristine organisation skills, digital and offline knowledge, creative eye and innovation towards formats and trends.

Content creation planning and execution

Create high-quality content following design guidelines previously defined to ensure the brand standards are met and signed off by department direction.

Shoot, film and edit video content according to briefs

Work with wider creative team to create best in class content

Content editing and postproduction
Relationship management with model agencies and casual models

Management of model-booking processes

Ensure models receive their compensation following the internal processes and guidelines.

Supporting Shootings organisation and space management

Support in shooting-related organisational tasks

Support in keeping the studio space in excellent condition

Trends and references research

Bring inspiration and references to the department on a regular basis. Bring innovative ideas regarding formats and platforms based on market needs and trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous proven creative content management experience
Previous proven photography experience
Previous proven content creation experience both in photo and video formats
Previous proven editing experience
Used to fast-paced environments
Capability to translate concepts into compelling visual pieces
Experience in Ecommerce/digital content creation
Degree in Design/Photography or equivalent
Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop, lightroom, aftereffects, premiere
Proficiency with camera equipment
International experience is a plus.
Experience in the cosmetic industry is a plus
