Grupo NS incorporates an IT Governance Consultant - ITIL for a long-term project in Barcelona (following a hybrid model 60% remote - 40% face-to-face).

Minimum experience of 3 years as an ITIL consultant is required, you must be available to travel to Strasbourg 1 week a month and have a high level of English (B2-C1).


We are looking for a professional to work for the International Organizations team, working in a dynamic atmosphere that promotes the professional growth in multinational and multicultural environments.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement ITIL endtoend processes, plans and related artefacts
  • Define and implement IT Governance and Service Models
  • Define and implement IT Service Catalogues and Service Level Agreements
  • Define and implement Continuous Improvement, Risk and Quality Management Support the definition of the IT Strategy, transformation, and TO-BE models Support the Service and Projects Managers in the delivery of the services/projects
  • Participate in commercial proposals and write technical offers

Requisitos:


Essential:


  • Minimum experience 35 years as an ITIL consultant
  • English B2-C1, must be fluent
  • Availability to travel to Strasbourg once a month.
  • Availability to work in Hybrid 60/40 format in offices in Barcelona.
  • Residence in Barcelona or nearby.
