    Sales Opportunity

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential customers into loyal clients. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Helping people who may have been treated unfairly: Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experience
    2. Assist leads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards)
    3. Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpot
    4. Process legal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA/LSA is a plus)
    5. Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently

    Requirements

    • Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
    • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus

    Benefits

    As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

    • Start date: November 20th Contract: Temporary 3 months with the possibility to be extended (1-month probation period)
    • Full-time: 39 hours/week
    • Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday rotative between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
    • Basic Salary: €18,461.67 gross per year
    • Bonus: Earn a monthly bonus of €840 (or €10,080 annually) for meeting 120 sales per month
    • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
    • Hybrid work model: 4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home
    • Training: 2 weeks from the office Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
